1. Your order is now being processed and will be given to one of our doctors to grant your Official ESA® approval.
2. Stay on the lookout for an email in the next 48 hours with your ESA documentation from the doctor.
3. If it has been over 48 hours check your spam folder.
4. Do you need to add a second pet? Send us an email at [email protected] and include your 2nd pet’s name, breed, and weight.
5. If you ordered a physical item like the “Official ESA™ Vest and/or a custom ID Card” it will be shipped separately. Please allow 4-6 weeks due to customization and slower normal than usual supply chains.
